Inspection of Accumulator Inflation Pressure（1）

There are several methods to check the charging pressure of an accumulator assemble bladder accumulator.

① During the inspection, connect the pressure detection circuit of the accumulator as shown in the figure. Set a stop valve 1 between the oil inlet of the accumulator and the oil tank, and install a pressure gauge in front of the stop valve 1. Slowly open the stop valve 1 to allow the pressure oil to flow back to the oil tank. Observe the pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge pointer slowly drops. After reaching a certain pressure value, it drops to 0, indicating the reading when the pointer movement speed changes (i.e. a certain pressure value when the pressure gauge value drops to 0), It’s the inflation pressure.

② Using inflation tools to directly check the inflation pressure, but each inspection requires the release of some gas, so this method is not suitable for smaller capacity accumulators. Someone connects a pressure gauge to the inflation port of the accumulator to check the inflation pressure. Frequent and severe pressure rise, drop, and fluctuation during system operation can cause the pressure gauge pointer to swing violently, accumulator bladder bladder 20l 330bar which is inappropriate.

③ Check the inflation pressure with the help of oil discharge; Use the shut-off valve on the oil circuit between the inlet of the accumulator and the oil tank, as well as the pressure gauge in front of the shut-off valve, or use each measuring nozzle to connect the shut-off valve and pressure gauge externally in the oil circuit. When monitoring, slowly open the shut-off valve to allow the pressure to flow back to the fuel tank. The pressure gauge needle slowly drops, reaching a certain pressure value and then rapidly drops to 0. The reading of the pressure gauge at this position is the charging pressure of the accumulator.

④ Similarly, use the shut-off valve and pressure gauge in ③. First, open the shut-off valve and let the system pressure drop to 0. Close the shut-off valve and start the pump. The system pressure will suddenly rise to a certain value and then slowly rise. The reading on the pressure gauge at this position is the charging pressure of the accumulator bosch bladder accumulator.

The above two methods for Sui’an testing are simple and do not require too many replication devices. However, measuring the inflation pressure of smaller capacity accumulators or being affected by the actuator in the system is often difficult to detect and is greatly influenced by human factors of the measurer, and can only be used as a rough judgment.
