1、 The meaning of accumulator safety shut-off valve:

A safety shut-off valve is a new type of hydraulic component used in conjunction with an accumulator. It can be installed as a shut-off valve between the accumulator and the pipeline connected to the system, and has functions such as pressure limiting protection, oil discharge and pressure relief to protect the accumulator. There is a pressure measuring oil port on the valve body, which can detect the working pressure of the accumulator. This valve integrates functions such as overflow, shut-off, and unloading, with small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, and convenient operation and disassembly. It can greatly improve the service life and safety reliability of the accumulator.

The opening and closing component of a stop valve, Globe Valve, is a plug shaped disc with a flat or conical sealing surface. The disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the valve seat. The movement form of the valve stem, also known as the rising and falling rotating rod type (commonly known as the rising stem), refers to a valve where the closing part (valve disc) moves along the centerline of the valve seat. According to the movement of the valve disc, the change in the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the valve disc stroke. Due to the relatively short opening or closing stroke of the valve stem and the highly reliable cut-off function, as well as the proportional relationship between the change of the valve seat opening and the stroke of the valve disc, this type of valve is very suitable for regulating flow. Therefore, this type of valve is very suitable for cutting, adjusting, and throttling purposes.

2、 Advantages of accumulator safety shut-off valve:

  1. The structure is simple, and manufacturing and maintenance are relatively convenient.
  2. Small work schedule and short opening and closing time.
  3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
  4. The structural forms of the globe valve body include through type, direct flow type, and right angle type. Direct through type is a common structure, but its fluid resistance is high. Direct current fluids have low resistance and are often used in fluids containing solid particles or with high viscosity. Right angle valve bodies are often forged, suitable for globe valves with smaller diameters and higher pressures.
